Since the release of Electrik Lemonade’s last single, “Applebottom” in mid 2017,
Funk/Soul/Hip-Hop powerhouse Electrik Lemonade, have been touring extensively across the country, writing and diversifying their sound. Their new single, “Sing With Me” will be
the 3nd single to feature from the very anticipated full length album, set to
be released in early 2019.
Following the overwhelming response and success of “Apple Bottom,” which
received incredible feedback after getting played on Triple J, the band’s debut national tour and regular rotation on community radio across the country, Electrik Lemonade is ready to hit the
road again in celebration of their latest single release “Sing With Me.” The party
starts at the Airlie Beach Music Festival on November 8th!
The vibe begins with a groovin rhythm section born straight out of the disco era of 1979. Time to take to the rooftop dancefloor for some sexy hip swinging funk & hip hop as Electrik Lemonade’s very own Goldy Horns section take’s things to new heights!
The party gets even wilder with 2 masterfully crafted solos via Funky G on the synthesiser and Jakey D on lead guitar. From the anthemic vocals in the chorus, the infectious groove in the verses to the sensual dance of instruments through said solos, this song is nothing short of intoxicating.
